A quiet board can mean no edge, missing coverage, delayed data, stale context, or simply no material move. Kam should tell you which interpretation is safest.

Before trusting a quiet board

• Check whether the source is fresh, stale, delayed, unavailable, or unsafe to rank.
• Confirm whether sportsbook odds exist for the game or market.
• Check whether prediction-market context exists separately from sportsbook context.
• Verify schedule, start time, injury context, and late scratches.
• Ask what missing data would change the answer.
