  1. 01Record

The release validator reports run-42, revision 1, as success. Kam accepts the structured result.

  2. 02Retry

The same payload arrives again. Kam returns the original receipt; it does not add another outcome revision.

  3. 03Correct

A later review changes run-42 to failure at revision 2. The ID, scope, and occurrence time stay the same.

  4. 04Inspect

The new view uses revision 2. A retained older view still names revision 1, until its inspection deadline.

Synthetic release-validation example. Kam records your application’s result; it does not independently prove that a release passed or prevent repeated external actions.

How to interpret this demonstration

Capability labels use the website’s source review of 2026-10-07. Examples do not upgrade those capabilities to live or hosted.

All interactive states are authored simulations. Recorded engine evidence and a live, read-only demonstration will appear only when separately produced and qualified. No live demo or video is linked yet.
